Shawn Laksmi Greenberg

Laksmi (pronounced Lock-sh-me) is my middle name, but ever since I was born, my family has called me by my middle name. I was named after the Hindu Goddess of Fortune (pretty lucky). My legal first name is Shawn, and if that is easier for you to remember, please call me Shawn. 

I am a mom, educator, traveler, yogi, and photographer.  As a photographer, I hope to capture natural, authentic, and sacred images of love, and life. 

I believe photography is a collaboration, working with my clients to get images that are real, true, beautiful, and fun. If you are looking for a family photographer, wedding photographer, senior portraits, maternity or pregnancy photographs, newborn photography, events, birthday parties, anything, please send an email, or call for a quote.

To make my pricing affordable and fit any budget, I charge $350 an hour, plus travel expenses. 

I live in Grass Valley California, teach at an arts based charter school in Nevada City, and try to be the best version of myself everyday.
